Projects:
Ayurvedic Health Center
The proposed Center is located on Municipal land next to the eco-friendly Artisan’s village, Shilpagram. The design makes best use of the existing topography and is planned considering least damage to the thick vegetation on site, creating a unique environment for mind and body revitalization under nature’s healing touch. All built structures are designed with local materials and technology. The project is now at construction stage.

Forest Garden at Narendra Hills
It has several projects under this joint venture. Narendra Hills is one of the biggest project going on. The 11 acres of the table top land were the center point. Elements of design are
Climate, Layout, Site Development, Waste Management, Energy Management, Water Management, Material, Socio Economic.

In view of the rapidly deteriorating environmental conditions due to -increasing population pressure and unprecedented consumption of resources, the state and central governments have made it mandatory for schools, -colleges and educational institutions all over the country to impart environmental education. For this purpose, the government has already issued guidelines and included the syllabus in primary and secondary education. Further, the 74th Constitutional Amendment directs all the Municipal Councils and Corporations to take responsibility and appropriate measures to protect the ecology and environment of their region.
The proposed Environmental Awareness and Research Center at Narendra Hill, Sawantwadi, will be a unique model for education, awareness, research and information about the ecological heritage, flora, fauna and biodiversity of Sindhudurg district. The Center was envisioned by late Prof. Nishi Phondge, Head of Department, Rachana Sansad's Institute of Environmental Architecture (IEA), Mumbai.
