Water Supply |
As per government figure,
water requirement is 70 ltrs., per person. Right now our capacity is 90 ltrs.
p. person. Our further projects, considering, tourism development, can take
that figure to 12o ltrs. per person We have scientific method for water purification. The chemicals & water samples are checked, every month. The purchase, maintenance & repairs of all equipments is being done time to time to avoid any sort of inconvenience to the residents. It is strictly observed that the leakage & theft of water is restricted auctioned. The present rate of water processed & water billed has a difference of 3.43%. Revenue generated from water is around 30 lakhs. p.a. This will be increased to 50 lakhs in near future. Recovery rate is 91%, 6% balance with gram panchyats & 3% with our citizens. Defaulters are reduced as recovery is on disconnecting the supply. We have implemented all possible methods of conservation of water like recycling, dams etc. Time to time, when adverse situation comes, people are made aware to use it for the best of their health. |

| Toilets |
We have constructed public
toilets at 48 places accommodating 179 toilets & are replaced by old method. Low income group families are offered subsidy for the construction of their own toilet. Approximately 70% families have their private toilet. Pay & use toilets are constructed at places to have such facility for the visitors also. All education institutes have required toilets (except that of ZP schools) |

| Solid Waste |
The collection & disposal of
dry & wet solid waste project is being implemented, strictly as per central
government norms. Both type of waste is collected from house to house by way
of 'Ghanta Gadi'. The colour coding is used for the containers, while
collecting. Required containers & equipments are purchased to process waste
in most scientific way. Fertilizers are made out of wet waste. Also we have
earthworm fertilizer project i our city. We are very serious about undue use of plastic bags & its undue disposal also. In this reference we have constant awareness programs & actions, so in near future it should be in control |

| Water Sewerage | In our city, every where, there is no provision of underground water drainage system. But it is observed that every building or structure has sufficient size of pits for its absorption. New building are strictly instructed to observe the same. |

| Health |
The good about our city is,
last 5 years it is away from any type of conjunct deceases.
Medical Facility available in
city: Vaccination is carried out as & when necessary. It is also taken care by few other doctors in city. Girls, Mothers & Women at the stage of delivery are taken care separately. |
